MasterTunnel User Agreement

Welcome to MasterTunnel (the “App”, “Service”, “Platform”, or “we”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MasterTunnel mobile application and related VPN services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

MasterTunnel provides a virtual private network (VPN) service designed to enhance security, privacy, and online freedom by routing your traffic through encrypted servers.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2.2 You are responsible for all activities conducted under your device or account.
2.3 You must ensure your use of the Service complies with local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
3.2 You must not use the Service to engage in harmful, abusive, or malicious activity.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use MasterTunnel to:

• Violate any law or regulation;
• Transmit harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content;
• Engage in hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access;
• Send spam or digital abuse;
• Share malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Bypass payment systems or licensing requirements;
• Interfere with the Service’s infrastructure or security.

5. No Illegal Use

MasterTunnel must not be used for criminal, abusive, or prohibited activities. We may restrict or terminate access if illegal usage is detected.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The MasterTunnel software, brand, and all related materials belong to CloudMob.
7.2 You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our software.
7.3 You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
8.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or full compatibility with all networks.
8.3 We are not responsible for damages resulting from your misuse or connection issues.

9. Termination

9.1 We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
9.2 We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
9.3 You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may depend on third-party infrastructure or analytics providers. We are not responsible for their policies or content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
